GOLDINGS offer Architectural & Planning services for all types of residential and commercial projects. We are constantly active in design work and have much experience whether the project is a domestic extension or something of a larger or more complex nature.

GOLDINGS are able to offer a service to meet your requirements. We work closely with you to fully understand your needs and produce high quality designs to meet those requirements, whilst ensuring Planning, Building Regulations and Health & Safety, to name just a few issues, are equally considered in the design process.

GOLDINGS have a great deal of experience in the production of Planning and Listed Building applications. We will liaise with the Local Planning Authority on your behalf and do all that is required to achieve the best outcome, whilst keeping you fully informed of the progress on a regular basis. We understand the delicate nature of Planning applications and will provide the advice you need.

Whilst Planning Permission may be granted you will still have a legal obligation to comply with the Building Regulations. GOLDINGS can produce a Building Regulations application for you to comply with the evermore onerous and constantly changing Building Regulations. Failure to have a Building Regulations Completion Certificate may prevent you from selling your property
