CDM Services

The Construction Design & Management Regulations 2007 (CDM) have been in force since April 2007 and replace the CDM 1994 Regulations.  The CDM Regulations apply to all construction projects with additional duties applying to notifiable projects.

The CDM Regulations were introduced to ensure Health and Safety aspects are considered with emphasis on planning, competence, co-operation and co-ordination throughout the construction process.

As a Client the CDM Regulations place responsibility on you, such as making competent appointments and providing information to all those who may need it.  The CDM 2007 Regulations have provided additional duties on you as the Client initiating construction works.  GOLDINGS can advise you in complying with your duties under the CDM Regulations.

Under the CDM 1994 Regulations GOLDINGS acted as Planning Supervisor on numerous projects and this place us in an ideal position to act as CDM Co-ordinator under the CDM 2007 Regulations.
