GOLDINGS offer professional services from inception through to completion, you as the Client can be involved as much or as little as you like.

At GOLDINGS we will advise you on selection of the Building Contract and assist in selecting a Contractor by going through the tender process.

Contract Administration involves managing the processes set out in the Building Contract and looking after your interests. As part of the service we will visit your site as often as is necessary to check on the progress, quality of workmanship and to assist the Contractor where necessary to achieve the best outcome for you. We will also deal with any variations to the contract that may arise, and issue Certificates for Payments, Final Certificates, etc.
