Building Surveys

GOLDINGS will undertake Building Surveys on any type and age of property. We can tailor the Building Survey and Report to meet your requirements so you can ask for specific areas to be included.

Once the Building Survey has been undertaken, our Surveyor will be able to advise you on the works required to rectify any defects found and will be able to give you an indication of the likely costs.

On learning the results of our Building Survey, should you decide to proceed with the purchase of the property, we would be delighted to assist you in organising any alterations you may feel you would like to carry out. We will be able to assist with any improvements, from minor repairs to complete renovation.
